Basic Camera, Video, & Music Tech

A course exploring various elements of music production. In addition, we will introduce the basic functions of a camera and video editing software.

7th Grade

Podcasting, Broadcasting & Music Tech

A course introducing how to map out, execute, and create video segments for our HMS Nest News. Students will develop material for the Hendricks Middle School Podcast. In addition, we will focus on scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing projects for the Forsyth Film Fest.

8th Grade

AV Film & Broadcast Pathways

A course that focuses on the creative side of video, cinematography, podcasting, and music production. Students will contribute to our school podcast and broadcast productions, with an emphasis on film production projects to be highlighted in the Forsyth County Film Fest in the Spring.
